Standard Delivery items are usually dispatched within 3 working days after the order has been placed. We aim to deliver within:

3-5 working days for UK
5-7 working days for Europe

In Stock
The item is in stock at our warehouse. Orders are normally processed ready for despatch within 2-3 working days.

This is a new item and on its way to our warehouse. Your order will be dispatched as soon as stock is available. 
Please note, payment for items on pre-order will be taken when the order is placed through the website. Other items purchased in the same order which are in stock, will be dispatched immediately.

Out of Stock
We are currently out of stock of this item and will update the information shortly or remove from the website. Should you require more information please call us.

Lead times quoted are given in good faith. They are based on the best available information from our suppliers at time of purchase. Where any delay occurs we will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity.

International Shipping

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Liquid Finery refers each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Returns policy

Liquid Finery wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order – whether you have changed your mind or we have made a mistake – then please contact our customer service team. 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receiving your items. This includes any delivery charge but does not include the cost of returning the item, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Unless your item is faulty, please let us know within 30 days and we will be happy to offer you a full refund, replacement or exchange. Unfortunately, after 14 working days we cannot refund any delivery charges or cover the cost of returning the item. 

How to cancel your order

How to return an item

Any items that need to be returned to us must be authorised in advance by the customer service team, who will provide you with a unique return number (RMA). This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package the items are returned in, along with the supplied return label

Please return items to us unused and in pristine condition so they can be re-sold. 

If a refund is required, we will issue this using the same payment details that were used to purchase the items. We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks but the refund could take up to an additional 10 working days to show in your account so please bear with us.
